Simple, transparent pricing

Nothing is dropped straight away. Reports past your monthly limit are still ingested and stored — they are just hidden from your dashboard until you upgrade. Upgrading reveals them retroactively, as far back as your retention window reaches, so you do not lose what arrived while you were over. Only past three times your limit are new reports dropped outright, until you upgrade or your billing cycle resets.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes. The Team plan includes a 30-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it. You get full access for the 30 days; add a payment method before the trial ends to continue, or do nothing and the subscription simply stops.

All major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. If you need to pay an annual plan by invoice, ask on the contact page and I will arrange it.
